The lot
Wote Kore sits on a ridge above Shakiso where nights drop hard and cherries take their time. Farmers pick only red, then the cooperative depulps within hours. We bought two lots this harvest and blended them for density, not volume. Roasted light enough that the bergamot stays loud.
